1. What is MSN Mobile?

MSN Mobile is the mobile version of MSN.com. MSN Mobile lets you browse some of the most popular channels from MSN.com and access Windows Live Services on your mobile device's browser. You'll get the latest news, weather, stock quotes, and more — anywhere you have good wireless reception.

2. How much does MSN Mobile cost?

MSN Mobile is free. You aren't required to sign in or purchase a subscription. However, your wireless service provider might require you have a data plan and charge you for data services or text messages received as a result of using MSN Mobile.

3. How do I start using MSN Mobile?

To send yourself a link to MSN Mobile, just enter your country and phone number in the "Try MSN Mobile Now!" section on any MSN Mobile page. You can also type the following address into you mobile's web browser: mobile.msn.com.

4. Why do I get an "unable to connect to device" error when I select "Send to mobile"?

If you receive this message, confirm that you typed the correct number for your mobile device on the number-entry page. If you typed the correct number but still receive an "unable to connect to device" message, you may be unable to send text messages to your mobile. Contact your wireless service provider to determine if you have text messaging.

5. Where can I download applications for my mobile device?

Select "Extras" at the top of any MSN Mobile page to find ringtones, games, applications, and more.

7. Why don't I see my country in the list under "Try MSN Mobile Now"?

If you don't see your country or region in the list, MSN Mobile might not be able to deliver text messages in your country. However, you might be able to access MSN Mobile by opening the browser on your mobile device and entering mobile.msn.com.

8. How do I open the link that I sent to my mobile device?

Go to the text messages area on your mobile device to retrieve the message and select the link. If the link is not active, open your mobile device's web browser and enter mobile.msn.com.
